1. Introduction

Welcome to The Mas Studio Experience Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking platform, and participation in our Carnival Photoshoot, Videography, Makeup, and Ponytail Hair Styling Experience taking place on April 12, 2026, beginning at 4:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM on Carnival morning in Jamaica.

By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Services Provided

The Mas Studio Experience Limited offers:

  • Professional carnival makeup services
  • Professional ponytail hairstyling services
  • Complimentary dressing assistance
  • Professional photography services
  • Professional videography services
  • Retouched digital image delivery
  • On-location carnival morning experience services

Photography clients will receive:

  • Three (3) professionally retouched digital images
  • Image selection by the client
  • Delivered within 48 hours after the date of the shoot
  • Delivered electronically without watermark

Videography clients will receive:

    • One professionally edited video
    • 15–30 seconds in length
    • Delivered electronically
    • Delivery timeframe: 2–4 days after the date of the shoot

Additional images or extended video content may be offered at an additional cost.


3. Pricing & Payment

By booking any service:

  • You agree to pay the listed price for the selected service as displayed on our website at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

4. Photo & Video Release and Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and related content created by The Mas Studio Experience Limited are the sole property of the Company. The Company retains full copyright and intellectual property rights.

Clients may share, post, print, and use delivered content for personal purposes. Content may not be sold, commercially exploited, or altered in a way that misrepresents the brand without written consent.

By participating, you grant the Company the irrevocable right to use photographs and video content for promotional purposes across social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

Affiliates and partners including Ayothra Limited and Yard Mas Carnival may also use the content for promotional purposes without compensation.


5. Delivery of Content

Photography:

  • Three (3) professionally retouched images delivered within 48 hours
  • Delivered electronically without watermark

Videography:

  • 15–30 second edited video
  • Delivered within 2–4 days electronically

NB: The Company is not responsible for incorrect contact information provided by clients.


6. Event Timing & Attendance

Services are provided exclusively on April 12, 2026 from 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Carnival Morning, Jamaica).

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.


7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Tickets or services that are fully paid may be transferred to another individual up to 10 days before the event. To complete a transfer, you must notify us via email with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
  • If full payment is made and cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the event, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • In cases of force majeure, government restrictions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, services may be rescheduled or issued as a credit.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Carnival events involve inherent risks including crowds, weather, travel, and physical activity. By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

The Company is not liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, loss, theft, or damage. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.


9. Makeup, Hair & Allergies

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to service. The Company is not liable for undisclosed reactions.


10. Website Use

Users may not misuse, copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission. All materials remain the intellectual property of The Company.


11. Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for booking and service delivery purposes. We do not sell personal information to third parties.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.


13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
